RFC : Delete the following unused or little used plugins

Event calendar:         6 - noone uses it, noone cares.

User content:         6 - dinky forms, this wont actually go away but will have no direct links to it

Collaborative videos: 6  -  Current content will not be lost but held until internal kaltura server can be enabled.

Classified posts:         5  - will likely not return, code will be basis for new system
