I thought this when i heard about chrome the browser but couldn't post it then.

Seems like they are wanting to control the browser and underlying system for a reason.  Maybe the same reason that the extensions system for Chrome has been a disabled feature so far.  No extensions, no ad block.  No os or browser that you control and its really starting to seem like the enemy of my enemy is no longer my friend.
